Waves SuperTap Delay Is FREE For A Limited Time!

19

Waves Audio offers the SuperTap ($79 value) plugin as a FREE download for a limited only.

SuperTap is a versatile analog-inspired delay effect with 2-tap and 6-tap components. Despite being a relatively old plugin, it is still perfectly capable of generating complex delays and echoes.

Although not as instantly gratifying as Valhalla SuperMassive, SuperTap can pull off some unique-sounding effects if you spend some time tweaking it.

You can think of SuperTap as the swiss-army knife among delay plugins. It has everything you might need to create intricate delays, including a powerful modulation engine, filtering, host sync, tap-tempo, and more.

The global LFO lets you modulate the taps, resulting in evolving echoes that will surely add interest to your recordings. You can also play around with the stereo image by giving each tap a different position.

Tired of tweaking all the parameters on your own? Dive into the included presets to find some inspirational echoes and delays.

If all of this sounds like fun, hurry up and get SuperTap for free. The plugin usually sells for $79 (currently on sale for $29), but it is available for free for a limited time.

Waves Audio launched this promotion in collaboration with TAXI. There’s no information on when the download offer will end, so act fast.

To get your free Waves SuperTap license, visit the promo page linked below, login or sign up for a Waves Audio user account if you don’t already have one, and add the plugin to your account. The license will be stored in your account permanently, meaning you’ll be able to use the plugin even after the freebie offer ends.

Waves SuperTap is available in VST, AU, and AAX plugin formats for 32-bit and 64-bit digital audio workstations on Windows and macOS.

A huge THANK You goes to BPB readers who informed us bout this freebie: Aris, PureFire, Wing Yee, Divyanshu, Vidya Sagar, and Samuel. Thanks for your support!

  2. Anyone know what this TAXI business is?

I grabbed a copy anyway, I used to use it a lot, very versatile. I have an old v9 version which ended up just being too small for modern montors. So this version with a resizable GUI is very welcome.

  3. Tracktion Waveform 12 Free is finally out!! Super excited to see this today, been waiting a couple months for it! :D

Nice one. I actually checked for the new version of Waveform two days ago. Thanks for the update. Otherwise I would probably wait a few weeks before logging in again to my account.

      • Arguably the best free DAW out there, in capabilities plus the user-friendly interface, but still severely underrated.

BPB needs to do a full article on Waveform Free 12 in my opinion, there’s enough new features to warrant one! :)

Usually weekends don’t bring so many new posts on BPB. Glad that this Saturday broke the schematics :) This free plugin from Waves is a definite highlight.
