Mildon Studios has released 30-Band Graphic EQ, a freeware graphic equalizer in VST plugin format for Windows (made with SynthEdit).
If you’ve been searching for a graphic equalizer that looks cutting-edge and blends perfectly with your favorite DAW (assuming that’s Cubase), then you might love this new freebie.
30-Band Graphic EQ is available for free download via Mildon Studios (2MB download, 32-bit VST plugin for Windows, no reqistration required).
The plugin was designed to align well with the look & feel of Steinberg Cubase, but it will work in any other VST host for Windows, of course.
I rarely use graphic EQs, but what I like about this plugin is the Draw feature. Neat tool to use for quick tonal shaping of sounds.

this gui looks really great. perfect for 2012
The GUI looks nice chilled-out, but you cannot see how many decibels you’re shifting or lowering…there are better free EQ’s available. But for Cubase users it’s a must-have because if the GUI of the plugins fit together, the sounds of the tracks fit together, too… :-)
i use another one for my productions but i like the that people should more their ear not eyes for making music
you’re right, a dB indicator would be handy.
As if the world needed another EQ plugin made with synthedit and non-usable eyecandy GUI… I think the SNR here is getting worse.
