Audio Geek Zine has released Pink Piano Free, a sample library (NI Kontakt intrument included) featuring the sounds of a toy piano.
Pink Piano is a new KONTAKT instrument sampled from a toy piano. Recorded at multiple velocities with 3 mics. Painstakingly edited for your enjoyment.
Pink Piano Free is available for free download via Audio Geek Zine (72.6MB download size, 103 samples in 24-bit WAV format, 1 NKI patch). The library is available for direct download, no registration is required.
I’m always on a lookout for unusual sample packs such as this one, and I must say that Audio Geek Zine has really nailed it with Pink Piano Free. They’ve sampled every note with three mics and 3 different velocities, and they’ve also included some extra noises like the sounds of the piano being smacked.
All in all, it’s a great freebie! I’ve added it to the Free Sample Shootout article which covers free acoustic, electric and toy piano samples.
