strawMan has released Limited by Nature, a free sound library featuring found sounds and atmospheric soundscapes.
Hi all, I have made available a library – Limited by Nature, a collection of approx 100 pieces of sound design featuring found percussion, 3 extended ambiances, and assorted rhythmic passages, held notes, and motifs.
Limited by Nature is available for free download via strawMan’s website (313MB download size, contains 89 samples in 24-bit WAV format).
The library features a collection of sounds which were created for personal use, but are now shared for free. The author has recorded a violin, a singing bowl and a harmonica under a leaky bridge, capturing the relaxing atmosphere of the place.
I love these sounds! We don’t often get original and inspiring samples such as these for free (or at all!). Many thanks to the author for sharing this lovely sample collection with us.
