Spontaneous Rhythm has started a free sample pack series, in which they will give away a total of 390 audio samples captured from the Doepfer A-100 modular synthesizer.
Six part bi-weekly series of A-100 Modular samples. Each part contains 20 samples ready to be downloaded from this page, with an additional 45 bonus samples every two weeks for subscribers.
The first Doepfer A-100 sample pack in the series is available for free download via Spontaneous Rhythm (9.12 MB download size, ZIP archive, contains 20 audio samples in 24-bit WAV format).

The first pack in the series which is currently available for download contains a set of interesting electronic percussive samples. It features a nice selection of blippy and glitchy sounds which can be used to build unusual percussive tracks. I’ve created a simple audio preview which you can listen to below.
The samples were captured from the Doepfer A-100 analog modular synthesizer system. It was introduced in 1995 by the German audio gear manufacturer Doepfer.
