Mighty Hertz has released Micro Kit 1, the first product in an upcoming series of freebie sample collections for Kontakt, EXS24 and NNXT.
Mighty Hertz Micro Kit 1 is a small collection of multi-genre samples and loops. Although, not as packed full of audio goodies as our full Production Kits, our Micro Kits sound just as great and are still super easy to add to any production.
Micro Kit 1 is available for free download via Mighty Hertz (450 MB download size, 400 audio samples in 24-bit WAV format, 120 MIDI sequences, patches for NI Kontakt, EXS24 & Propellerhead Reason NNXT).
This sample pack is unusually large for a freebie download. It contains a good selection of drum samples (89 kicks, 50 snares, 39 hats, 41 SFX samples) and a nice loop library (41 full beats, 36 kick loops, 36 snare loops, 38 hi-hat loops).
Each included drum loops comes with a MIDI version which can be used to build audio loops with your own samples. This is a great feature for people who don’t enjoy programming drum loops!
