Cinematique Instruments Releases Free Ensemblia For NI Kontakt

Cinematique Instruments introduces the free version of Ensemblia, an easy to use chamber orchestra arranger for Native Instruments Kontakt.

Ensemblia is a Kontakt instrument that can be described as a chamber orchestra in a box. As with any other arranger instrument, playing chords results in auto accompaniment which can be used as the background element of a track. The free version of Ensemblia contains fewer instruments and arrangement presets compared to the full product, however it remains a useful tool for composing and improvisation. Browsing through available presets and playing around with different chord progressions is a fun and easy way to come up with new musical ideas.

The nine preset styles included in the free version of Ensemblia can be fully edited in the arrangement view and saved for later use as NKA files (Kontakt Script Array). It is also possible to build new rhythmic sequences from scratch for each mixer channel. The mix settings of each factory patch can be freely edited and saved as new presets, however the instrument selection is limited to six choices in total in the free version (violin pizzicato, cello staccato, cello spiccato, music box, monochord and wok).

The full version of Ensemblia is priced at €219 and it features fifteen instruments in total (with additional articulations) spread across seven mixer slots and 52 music styles. Downloading the free version of the library requires a valid email address (the download link is delivered via email).
