Polyverse has released Filterverse, the new flagship plugin, just in time for a massive Black Friday discount.
The innovative developer offers discounts across the entire product range. Filterverse is available for $99 during the sale and will return to its usual price of $149 when the sale ends.
It’s getting close to the End of November, so act fast to take advantage of Black Friday discounts like Filterverse, Audiocube, or the Modalics sale.
After years of development and extensive beta testing, Filterverse v1.0 is here and it is pretty massive.
This vast multi-filter offers three filter slots and 25 filter types. You can route the filter slots in various serial and parallel arrangements, and the filter types range from classic (lowpass, highpass, bandpass) to complex (Fractazer, Robo Comb).
The number of available filter types will change in the coming months as Polyverse adds more through updates. Alongside more exotic filter types, Filterverse offers some “non-filter filters” like the coil spring model and amp cabinet simulator with ten models.
One of the most interesting and recently added filter types is yaleD opmeT, a reverse tempo delay with pitch-shifting.
Filterverse boats over 250 proprietary and state-of-the-art algorithms.
Filterverse offers more than an impressive list of filter types; it has some pretty creative features. One such creative feature is the oscillator modulation source with audio output, allowing you to send it to the Filterverse input and use it as a mono synth.
The oscillator is one of eight available modulation sources (up to eight simultaneously) that can cross-modulate each other. Additional modulation sources include ADSR, Randomizer, Meta Knob, and Sequencer.
The Meta Knob is a cool feature that we see in some multi-effects plugins; it allows you to adjust multiple parameters from a single knob.
The Sequencer module makes things very interesting. Of course, you can add movement and turn a simple sound into a rhythmic beat, but with one of these versatile sequencers modulating another, you can create gorgeous glitchy effects or complex polyrhythms.
Filterverse has over 700 factory presets created by some of the best sound designers.
Polyverse describes Filterverse as the ultimate filter plugin, and in terms of variety and creative possibilities, it’s a reasonable description; check it out.
Filterverse is available in AU, VST2, VST3, and AAX formats for macOS (10.13 and higher) and Windows (64-bit).
