NOS Audio’s Little Lush Halls reverb plugin is free at JRR Shop with coupon code subscribersonly.
The plugin normally costs $29, although JRR currently lists it for $20 before the coupon. Add it to your cart, enter subscribersonly in the Discount Codes box, and the total drops to $0.00.
I verified that the code works. You will need to create or log in to a JRR Shop account to complete the checkout, and the license is delivered by email. We do not know when the offer ends, so it is worth claiming it soon if you find this one interesting.
Little Lush Halls is a streamlined edition of NOS Audio’s Lush Halls reverb. It recreates vintage digital reverb sounds associated with the classic 480L and 300L hardware units, with 50 programs split across five banks.
The selection covers halls, rooms, plates, effects, and more unusual spaces. NOS Audio says these are the same programs running through the same DSP as the full plugin rather than simplified replacements.
The control set has been reduced in the lite version, though. Little Lush Halls gives you Reverb Time, Shape, Spread, Size, high-frequency cut, and Mix controls, so it’s essentially a quicker option when you want the vintage digital sound without editing a large parameter page.
That compact layout should work well when you want to choose a room quickly, adjust the decay and stereo image, tame the top end, and continue mixing.
The full Lush Halls expands the concept to 225 programs in 26 banks, up to 24 editable parameters, and additional Random, Ambience, and Twin Delays algorithms. It also adds extended 224XL and 300L banks and A/B machine comparison.
The installers are compact at approximately 22.6 MB for macOS and 5.1 MB for Windows. Authorization uses a serial number with offline account verification, and NOS Audio says the plugin does not call home afterward.
Little Lush Halls supports VST3, AU, and CLAP on macOS 10.13 or newer, with native Intel and Apple Silicon support. The Windows version requires Windows 10 version 1607 or newer and is available in VST3 and CLAP formats.
