Tune is the first release by earPlugins. It is a free ear training tool in VST plugin format, designed for individual frequency band identification training.
Tune is an ear training plug-in – not with chords and intervals, but with equalizer frequency bands. Random filters are applied to your signal, and you are to guess their center frequencies. Learning efficiency is maximized through immediate auditory and visual feedback, and scoring statistics. Adjustable min and max frequency, filter bandwidth and gain.
Current version of the plugin is free for personal, non-profit use. More info about the license here.
