Synth Magic has released a free Kontakt instrument based on samples captured from the SIEL PX analogue piano and bass keyboard.
This free instrument is based on the Siel PX analogue electric piano and bass keyboard. We have added some effects and custom impulse responses for the convolution reverb.
SIEL PX for Kontakt is available for free download via Synth Magic (download size is 96.8MB). You’ll find another great freebie on the download page, based on the Polymoog synthesizer.
Synth Magic have created a nice little video demonstration of the original instrument, which can be found here. Apparently, SIEL PX is a fairly basic synthesizer but it does sound quite nice. To hear the Kontakt instrument in action, check out the demo video below.
