Martin78 has released a free collection of drum and FX samples captured from the Roland U-220 hardware sound module (produced in 1989).
Aabsolutely FREE, drum & fx samples from my Roland u-220 rompler module from 1989. It is rack version of Roland U-20 keyboard.
The Roland U-220 sample pack is available for free download via Martin78.com (link removed, since the site has been marked as malware by Google).
The pack includes all the original sounds from the U-220, as well as the additional latin and fx sounds from expansion card number 2. All samples were captured with a Motu 2408 mk2 interface (24-bit), and then denoised and converted to 16-bit.
