Peter Dimes has released a collection of free drum samples created with ParamDrum and Echophonic ensembles.
I found a terrific little dubby echo courtesy of Boscomac and decided to hotwire it into my Paramdrum ensemble.
The samples are available for free download via Reaktor Tips (12.2MB download size, 237 drum samples in 24-bit WAV format).
To be honest, I’m not really sure if I’ve correctly understood the info on the download page. From what I could gather, these sounds were originally bundled with the ParamDrum TR instrument for Reaktor (developed by Peter Dimes), but were then processed with the Echophonic ensemble and offer for download in this free sample pack. It’s possible that I’m totally wrong though. :)
Anyway, If you own Reaktor, you should definitely check out Echophonic and all the other brilliant ensembles created by Boscomac.
