PatchArena has announced the release of SFZ FLukelele, a free sample collection in SFZ format featuring a set of finger plucked ukulele sounds.

The library is available in two different versions. The 16-bit WAV version is completely free to download and use, while the 24-bit WAV version can be purchased for $4.99 on the product page linked below. Both versions of the pack come with SFZ mappings for quick and easy use in SFZ players. SFZ FLukelele comes with 5 round robins per note, which is more than enough for a natural sounding performance. The library contains 26 audio samples in total, with some SFZ programming magic sprinkled on top in order to get natural sounding results when playing consecutive notes. Fluke Ukelele by Magic Fluke Company was used as the source instrument for this free sample collection.
Although ukulele is not an instrument often heard in modern pop music, this incredibly cool little stringed instrument has become very popular in corporate tunes made for use in commercials and other video projects.
