99Sounds has introduced Cinematic Loops, a free cinematic loops collection and NI Kontakt library crafted by Particular-Sound.

Cinematic Loops is the work of Frank Neumann, the expert sound designer at Particular-Sound, who published this premium quality collection of cinematic loops and sound effects as a free download on 99Sounds. All loop content found in the pack is royalty free and available in WAV format, in addition to the included Native Instruments Kontakt patches.

The library contains 99 audio loops in total, covering a wide range of sci-fi inspired drum loops, bass sequences, background noises and looped cinematic sound effects. The quality of the included loops and sound effects is astonishing, right on par with the commercially available cinematic sound packs on the market. These loops will perfectly fit almost any modern film score, as well as any electronic music project that could benefit from a touch of blockbuster style sound effects and sequences.

The provided NKI patches for NI Kontakt 5 feature a selection of built-in sound effects (filters, bitcrusher, distortion, saturation, delay and rotary speaker) and modulation tools (volume envelope, step sequencer) which are handy for manipulating the included loops on the fly. The fine tune control allows the user to easily transpose the loops without changing the tempo. The loops are mapped across four octaves and will automatically fit the project tempo of your DAW. A rather large selection of multi patches is also provided, combining various loops that sound good together.

Non-Kontakt users can import the included WAV files into any DAW or sampler instrument. A list of BPM values for each loop is also included, making it easier to manually align the loops to the project tempo.

Cinematic Loops is available for free download via 99Sounds (117 MB download size, contains 99 cinematic loops in 24-bit WAV format, 99 multi patches in NKM format, 2 instrument patches in NKI format for NI Kontakt 5).
