With its auto-release and auto-gain operation, the maximizer could hardly be any easier to use. Simply increase the Drive knob value to your liking and set the Saturation control to the desired value without applying too much distortion. The results can range from modern-sounding transparent limiting to a more vintage-like loudness boost reminiscent of analog compressors and reel to reel machines.
