Boom Library has released a new sound effect collection based on the Zu-23-2 Anti-Aircraft Gun, and it’s available for FREE! All you have to do is sign up on their website, and then you can download this 150 MB sound pack.
The Zu-23-2 is a Soviet-era anti-aircraft autocannon with twin barrels that can fire about 400 rounds in a minute. It was actively used in the Vietnam and Gulf Wars.
With this pack, you get 7 high-quality WAV files (24-bit, 192 kHz), a total of 650 MB, each of which has 10 variations of the gun (single, double, salvo) at varying distances and angles. So what you have here is an authentic replica of all the sounds of this classic war cannon.
