Perfect Room 2 is Denise Audio’s latest release and another sign of things to come in the Baby Audio era (Baby Audio acquired Denise Audio in September 2023 – the brands will remain separate entities).

Perfect Room 2 aims to deliver more natural results than the typical algorithmic reverb and more flexibility than the average convolution reverb.
The latest release enhances the clarity and transparency of the original through its Dynamic Room Response engine, which starts from a mathematically ideal acoustic simulation.
Perfect Room 2 is capable of pristine, mastering-grade reverb, but you can shape the simulated acoustic profile into so much more. In addition to countless variations of clean ambiance, you can craft darker, shifting reflections and everything in between.
So, Perfect Room 2 isn’t without character; it’s just not forced on you.
Frequency and Decay Profile controls allow you to dial in your desired character.
The plugin can process up to ten seconds of decay time, and you can actually reverse the room profile to hear the decay backward.
You can also sync the Pre-Delay, Attack, and Delay to your host tempo.
If you get more creative with the reverb but want to maintain that perfect room clarity, the Ducker control, which engages a compressor with the dry signal feeding its sidechain input, comes in very handy.
It’s clean reverb at its best with a few surprises.
