Flame Sound is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a limited-time $5 offer on the Firestarter SFX cinematic sound effects collection.
I launched Flame Sound five years ago as my cinematic sound label, and at the time, it was pretty much a passion project, much like Bedroom Producers Blog was in the beginning.
I was not expecting too much, and it was mostly a way to share the cinematic sounds I had been making while working on other cinematic projects.
However, the response after the first release (Inferno SFX) was far more positive than I expected, so I kept going, and it has now reached five years in existence.
What makes me super proud is that all paid Flame Sound packs have at least a 4.9/5 rating on Gumroad. That is amazing (and a big THANK YOU to everyone for the support).
Over the years, I have received countless messages from customers asking for more sounds and more libraries. It’s not my main project (BPB is), but I’m doing my best to create more sounds for it, and it’s been a fantastic journey so far.
I have also released some Flame Sound packs for free on 99Sounds and shared free sounds here on BPB in the meantime. But this time, to celebrate the 5th anniversary, Firestarter SFX is available for $5 until June 5th.
Firestarter SFX is Flame Sound’s flagship trailer sound effects collection. It includes 250 cinematic sound effects across nine categories, covering accents, booms, braams, downers, impacts, loops, tension, textures, and transitions.
The sounds are delivered as 24-bit WAV files at 48 kHz in stereo, and they are 100% royalty-free.
The pack is especially useful for cinematic projects, trailers, game audio, and sound design, but it also works well in music production. You can use these sounds to create tension, add drama, build transitions, or bring more movement to a track.
The 5th anniversary offer also includes 1 GB of royalty-free field recordings as bonus content.
I am also getting very close to releasing VATRA, the first Flame Sound plugin.
