Nick Crow Lab has released Wagner Sharp, a free tube guitar amplifier emulation in VST/AU plugin formats for Windows and Mac.

Wagner Sharp is available for free download via Nick Crow Lab (8.23MB download size, 32-bit & 64-bit VST/AU plugin format for Windows & Mac OS X).
The plugin is released as freeware, however the developer states that donations are welcome. A donation button is located on the download page linked above.
The plugin features 64-bit floating point processing and supports all sample rates. Wagner Sharp also offers up to 64x oversampling. Don’t confuse this one with Wagner Sharp mkII, which is also a freeware release by Nick Crow Lab.
