Psychic Modulation has released a free public beta version of Construct, a forthcoming virtual drum machine VSTi plugin for Windows.
Construct is a hybrid drum machine that uses both drum synthesis as well as built-in sounds specifically designed as tools for creating drums with a layering sound design workflow.
Construct is available for free download via KVR Audio (8.1MB download size, 32-bit VSTi plugin format for Windows).
The public beta version is stable, but the final version will include bugfixes and possibly several new features. The pricing of the full version is yet to be published.
