Review A Rhythmic Robot Product And Get Seinfeld Bass For FREE

2

Seinfeld Bass is a brand new sampled bass instrument for NI Kontakt, priced at £5 and based on a lovely set of 80s synth bass sounds which were sampled from the 360 Systems MIDI Bass hardware module. Rhythmic Robot is giving away this neat little bass instrument to all registered users who review one of the products listed on the Rhythmic Robot website.

OK, so Seinfeld Bass is a commercial product, however you can get it for free if you review any other Rhythmic Robot sample library which you’ve purchased earlier. To post a review on the Rhythmic Robot website, simply log in to your user account, click the “Reviews” link which is located right below the product image on each product page and submit your user review.

According to the official announcement posted by Rhythmic Robot, it doesn’t really need to be a super long review or anything like that. An honest short review will do just fine! Once your review has been submitted, you will receive a link with your personal coupon code which can be used to claim your free copy of Seinfeld Bass.

The bass instrument itself is rather awesome, especially if you’re a fan of those lo-fi 80s electronic bass sounds and their lovely gritty character. Seinfeld Bass features eight different sample sets, all of which have been captured from the 360 Systems MIDI Bass hardware module (the actual hardware instrument was designed by Roger Linn). The included NI Kontakt patch comes with a simple but useful custom user interface which provides an easy way to switch between different sample sets and also features a compressor and a saturation module.

You’ll probably recognize the included slap bass patch as the bass sound which defined the Seinfeld music theme. The other sampled sounds are quite awesome too, my favorite one being the “Jazz bass” patch. Pair this one up with an old drum machine sample pack and WHOOSH… You’ve been teleported to 80’s synth heaven!

We’ve recently published an interview with Rhythmic Robot in which they agreed to answer our numerous indiscreet questions about their sampling techniques and the secrets of creating virtual instruments for NI Kontakt.
