Midierror has released Deluxe ChipShop, a freely downloadable sample pack in WAV format featuring the sounds of old-school computers and gaming consoles.
Deluxe Chipshop is a remastered version of the old ChipShop sample pack by the same sound designer. The re-release includes a larger number of one-shot samples, more multi-sampled instruments, and an improved folder structure for easier browsing. There are now over 1,000 loops and samples included, adding up to over 590 MB of royalty-free sample data.

This includes the Commodore 64 computer, Atari ST, and the original Gameboy. The new version of ChipShop also features the Pocket Operator Arcade portable instrument by Teenage Engineering. As expected from a sample pack of this type, Deluxe ChipShop is a great source of nostalgic video game sounds, weird computer noises, and various retro sound effects.
