Community Drive 2021 Is A Charity Sound Library By Girls Make Beats

Native Instruments launched Community Drive 2021, a charity sound library crafted by Girls Make Beats.

Following up on last year’s Community Drive, the team at Native Instruments is running another unique and important special from their website.

You can acquire the eclectic Community Drive 2021 collection for the price of your choosing, even if that price is $0.00.

The deal is a part of a campaign run by the team at Girls Make Beats to help promote the inclusion of female producers in the music industry. According to their stats, only 2% of the producers in the Billboard Top 100 are women – a startling and inexcusable statistic.

The Community Drive 2021 sound collection is an expansive production toolkit that includes a dizzying amount of aids to add to your music-making arsenal.

These include the following:

  • 8 NI MASCHINE kits to help you make beats;
  • 3 NI BATTERY kits to expand on your drumming possibilities;
  • 14 NI MASCHINE Project Sketches that are great for instant inspiration and starting your creative process;
  • 28 NI MASSIVE presets including some classic electronic sounds;
  • 17 NI MONARK presets to add warm analog synth sounds to your music;
  • 15 NI MASSIVE X presets showcasing the power of NI’s updated synthesizer;
  • 15 NI FM8 presets covering a healthy range of styles and range from pads and keys to leads, basses, and more ethereal sounds;
  • 20 NI GUITAR RIG 6 presets including some amazing setups created by electronic indie-dance icon Jaime Liddel;
  • 217 exclusive samples curated by the Girls Make Beats Team including 106 loops and 111 one-shots;
  • 37 original drum samples including 7 claps, 1 cymbal, 7 hi-hats, 10 kicks, 4 snares, and 9 percussion samples.

The Community Drive bundle consists of contributions from some of the hottest names in female production today like Sofi Tukker, Zola Jesus, and The Pocket Queen.

Even the boys have stepped up to help, with sounds and presets from the likes of !llMind, Wize, and Phase Fatale.

Thanks to the impressive list of contributors, the total spread of samples, presets, and sketches work across a pretty broad spectrum of modern genres from trap and indie to tech and house.

Community Drive 2021 is such an important initiative and while it may be great to get the sounds for free, I highly recommend donating if you can afford to do so.

The new Community Drive 2021 bundle is available for both Windows and macOS users. The bundle presets require the latest versions of BATTERY 4, MASSIVE, MONARK, and REAKTOR 6 or the REAKTOR 6 PLAYER, as well as MASCHINE software 2.10.1 or higher.
