Download Beaotic XT-808 Beta And Get The Full Version For FREE

Beaotic has released a public beta version of XT-808, a forthcoming 808 sample library for Native Instruments Kontakt and all WAV-compatible sampler plugins. Users who download the beta version and complete a short survey will receive the final product completely free of charge once it’s released.

XT-808 is an 808 sample library for Native Instruments Kontakt. The download pack also contains the individual samples in 24-bit WAV format, meaning that the product is compatible with virtually any sampler instrument on the market. What’s particularly interesting about XT-808 is that the library is based on a huge selection of 808 samples, with multiple round-robin variations for each drum hit.

Inside the pack, you’ll find a whopping 2,490 drum samples which add up to 314 MB of hard drive space. Beaotic has also included a fully-featured custom user interface for NI Kontakt, which provides access to various sound parameters right from the front panel. The instrument patch will only work for 15 minutes in the free Kontakt Player, so users who don’t own the full version of Kontakt are out of luck. Still, the included WAV samples can be used in freeware sampler instruments like Grace, Sitala, or placed manually inside your digital audio workstation’s sequencer.

Beaotic states that all users who download the public beta version of XT-808 will receive a survey to their registered email address. All users who complete the survey will receive the full version of XT-808 completely free of charge. The pricing for the final version of the product isn’t yet announced.
