NEVER FOUND has released VT-Mini, a free vocal tuning and cleanup plugin for Windows.
VT-Mini’s interface has two main panels. TUNE handles the pitch correction, and CLEAN combines a low-cut filter and dynamic de-esser on a single graph.
The pitch section gives you Retune, Amount, Natural, and Variation controls, along with a choice between chromatic correction and a specific musical key. That should cover anything from gentler correction that keeps more of the original movement to the harder, more obvious tuning effect used in modern pop and hip-hop.
You can also switch between two processing modes. Low Latency is intended for monitoring the effect while recording, while Studio mode is designed for tuning vocals that are already recorded.
The CLEAN page is useful for cleaning up the vocal chain. The low-cut filter removes unnecessary low-frequency energy, and the dynamic de-esser controls harsh sibilance.

VT-Mini is the first free release from NEVER FOUND, while the company also offers EEQ-8, a paid eight-band dynamic equalizer.
The download process is relatively simple, but it is not completely friction-free. VT-Mini is free exclusively to newsletter members.
You must enter your email address, agree to receive the VT-Mini download and occasional NEVER FOUND news, then confirm the email before the installer link arrives. You can unsubscribe afterward.
It is also important to know that the Windows installer is not code-signed, so Windows may display a security warning when you run it. NEVER FOUND publishes SHA-256 checksums for both the ZIP archive and installer, and the archive includes a text file containing the installer checksum.
VT-Mini 1.0.0 is a 5 MB download for 64-bit Windows 10 or newer. It is available in VST3 and standalone formats, with no macOS version at the moment. The complete plugin is permanently free, with no time limit or feature restrictions.
